My first stop across the border was in Lethbridge, Canada. Meet Mike and Sandy Farney leaning up against their Jaguar. They were unbelievable hosts. Put me up in the nicest motel in Lethbridge and we ‘wined & dined’. Mike is a prophetic teacher as well as praise and worship leader. God is using him to reach the young people in Lethbridge with this message. One of his converts, a young man name Dallas, has quite a group that he is discipling. Dallas brought several to the conference in Calgary. I told him I had a burden that there were few young people in the states that believed UR. He told me, “The churches in Lethbridge have booted us out calling us heretics. Until we came to Calgary to this meeting, we didn’t know any old folks that believed this message.”

I arrived in Sand Point, Idaho about mdnight trying to make my way to Benton City WA. Sandpoint is very close to Spokane. The lady at the desk, Roberta said she like my t-shirt that stated, “The devil gets nothing!” I told her I would have a book for her in the morning. When we met the next morning, little did I know, she left her physical body at age 21 on an operating table hearing the doctor say, “We are losing her!” Roberta was awakened to Jesus Christ at age 5 but at 16 drifted away. When she left her body she entered this place that she called ’sheol’. She said it was very dark. She could hear people moaning but could not see them. She saw an opening like a cave with a figure standing in front of it in a black robe. At that moment she cried out, “I’m not suppose to be here!” And she immediately returned to her body on the operating table. We had a great visit and she was very intrigued, by the book “Hope Beyond Hell”. I said “Roberta, you are living proof that there is hope beyond hell.”
Several years ago I was on Carlton Pearson’e website and one of the first names I saw was Fred and Peggy Himes. I never forgot their name and now here I was ministering in their home. They were precious. ‘Agape Love’ oozed out of them when they spoke. They have quite a gathering when they meet. John Gavazzoni calls these in the Northwest, “seasoned veterans”. Leaving the Calgary Conference and being away from home 14 days I fell into the arms of Larry and Jeannie Howell in Benton City, Washington. I had never met these folks in my life and stayed in their home for 5 days. They were so nice when I arrived, but could they keep that love up for 5 days. I found out. They are the “real deal”. I watched little children just walk in and out of their house everyday going to the refrigerator, watching a movie, getting on the computer. Everyone of thes multi-colored kids called Larry and Jeannie, “Grandpa and Grandma”. And at bedtime as I would adjourn, people would show up unannounced and the Howell’s would minister to them. Their church will be a “shaker” for the unconditional love of God in the Northwest. Larry has had 4 occasions when we was translated (Hello Phillip!) to other countries to minister the gospel. On one occasion his praise leader was also translated. Many folks have the UR message in their mind……..BUT THESE FOLKS LIVE IT! Grandpa and Grandma are cute in their Triumph and Sebring convertibles.
The Apostle Paul as seen here traveled 6400 miles sharing at every opportunity. It was a joy to minister to Pastor Larry and Jeannie Howell’s church in Benton City, Washington. This town located in the tri-cities area in southeast Washington averages only 7 inches of rain a year. A town a hour and a half from where I live in Lexington, Texas got 19 inches of rain the die I was in Benton City. But let me tell you, it is raining spiritually in that place. There was such an anointing in that building. They are in the midst of enlarging their facilities. Pastor Howell and Benton City will be a “hub” for this message in days to come.
Mike and Kay Ann Purcell, with her sister, Carolyn Campbell (Catholic background) let this stranger in their home at 11PM in Idaho Falls. I told them I was tired and sleepy……..and then we preceded to stay up until 2AM. The “reaper overcame the sower” as the scripture says and I WAS REFRESHED. Funny how that works. These guys are front-line warriors and love the book “Hope Beyond Hell” as the tool for getting the Good News out. I left them with a bunch of books. They had so may stories to share that were so encouraging to me.
Well, my 6400 miles begin with the Good News of “Go To Hell” (in Waco) and ended with the words on the back of this believer’s t-shirt (in Amarillo). He will roll you up tightly like a ball and throw you (Isa 22:18). Needless to say, these are the teachings of “another jesus” than the Jesus that Paul preached. The Apostle Paul has over 170 verses stating that God will reconcile ALL things. I had the audacity to call Dr. G.A. Roach and his lovely wife of Amarillo, Texas to see if I could do a sleepover on my way home.
Dr. Roach and I are board members together on the newly formed Christian Universalist Association (CUA). We actually met in Washington DC in the inaugural meeting of CUA. Mr. Roach is a prince of a man. Has a fellowship that is growing; Bushland Community Church right outside of Amarillo and also acts as a champlain for the hospital. He loves the book “Hope Beyond Hell” and has used dozens of the books as a 1st seed in sharing “THE GOOD NEWS”.
My last stop was in Dallas with my close friends Mark and Kathy Eaton. Mark operates in the prophetic and is being sought out more and more to minister across the country. The picture shows Mark speaking the “good things of God” to Pastors Mike and Linda Cronk and what God is going to do with their church, Joyful Sound Worship Center. Kathy is a prophetic writer who is consumed with the message that we are “Christ on the earth!” These guys put me up in a motel and we hung out for about 8 hours. Had a blast! We have fun when we are together. I hope that’s not ’sinnin’. The grace to travel this 6400 miles ALONE confirmed a calling to see the ‘nation networked’ with the all-inclusive love of God.
