#11-”Ain’t Been To Hell, But Been To Texas!”

dscn0293.JPGWell, my 6400 miles begin with the Good News of “Go To Hell” (in Waco) and ended with the words on the back of this believer’s t-shirt (in Amarillo). He will roll you up tightly like a ball and throw you (Isa 22:18). Needless to say, these are the teachings of “another jesus” than the Jesus that Paul preached. The Apostle Paul has over 170 verses stating that God will reconcile ALL things. And he did speak of hell…..ONCE! “Oh death (hades/hell), where is thy victory?” (I Cor 15:55) I ask this young man if I could take a picture of the back of his t-shirt, gave him a copy of “Hope Beyond Hell”. I showed him on the last page of the book how he could get in touch with me. But before entering this fast food chain, I was confronted with another…..Jesus died for. This lady was black, elderly and was shouting at the top of her lungs, “Shut the f— up, bitch!” She must of said it a dozen times. Sometimes to people and sometimes looking up in the sky. The Lord said, “Give her $100 and tell her that someday she will be in the arms of Jesus.” It was a struggle to obey. In that 5 minute span, I got to see Jesus’s arms on the cross extended to the religious on one side and extended to the down and out on the other side. I had the most unbelievable trip…….except for Texas. “Never been to hell, but been to Texas.” Welcome Home!
