Several years ago I was on Carlton Pearson’e website and one of the first names I saw was Fred and Peggy Himes. I never forgot their name and now here I was ministering in their home. They were precious. ‘Agape Love’ oozed out of them when they spoke. They have quite a gathering when they meet. John Gavazzoni calls these in the Northwest, “seasoned veterans”. The day I arrived in Seattle it was raining. It rains everyday in Seattle this time of year (unless Elijah shows up). In James it states that Elijah prayed that it would rain not for 3 1/2 years and it rained not. I have had that annointing on my life since 1981. Wherever I would go; if I prayed, it would not rain. Like John the Baptist, the ‘Spirit of Elijah’ rest upon me. But of more importance, Jesus said this spirit of Elijah shall come and RESTORE ALL THINGS. I told the folks, hopefully not in an arrogant way, that the next day when I ministered the sun would be shining and they would be able to see Mt. Ranier our their bay window. So as Apostle Paul ministered the ‘Love Chapter’ (I Cor 13) he stated…..“We haven’t been able to see clearly op to now. It’s like we have been looking through a fog. It’s like we are squinting our eyes in a midst. But let me tell you something. The weathers about to change. We are going to see the bright and shining sun. We are going to see the way God sees.. But better yet. WE ARE GOING TO KNOW HIM THE WAY HE KNOWS US! Apostle Paul pointed out the window and there was Mt. Ranier shining in the sun. Oh, by the way; during my 21 days of absence in Texas in the months of June and July when we get little or no rain…….IT RAINED EVERYDAY IN MY HOME TOWN AND STOPPED THE DAY I RETURNED.
